How do I order?

We have a very simple ordering process on our website, whether you know exactly what you want or would like to order something bespoke.

To order listed products:

  • Choose your product
  • Select the item details
  • Upload your artwork
  • Go to checkout
  • Complete the ordering process
  • We will keep you posted by email on the progress of your order

I can’t find something specific

We can design, print, cut, deliver and install pretty much any project specification that might be given to us. As you can imagine, we simply can’t list or cost everything on one single website.

If there is something specific you require, then get in touch or request a bespoke quotation. If it’s somehow related to digital printing, then chances are we’ve done it many times before and can provide a fast, stress-free quotation for you.


The artwork must be submitted to a print ready standard for us to print the job to the expected quality. Click HERE to read our Artwork Guide for guidance on artwork submissions before placing orders.

We have an in-house creative team who can design your artwork for you, or rework your artwork to ensure it is print ready. Get in touch or request a bespoke quotation for our design services.

Do I receive a proof before you start printing?

No. If you require a proof copy before printing, please use our bespoke quotes page and stress this in the details sections. Alternatively, please call us on 0203 764 1664.


We are able to die cut to exact shapes using our Dyss X7 Superhead Digital Die Cutter.

If you require cutting services, then get in touch or request a bespoke quotation, as all our priced services only include printing.

Hours of business

We are open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week from Monday to Friday. Weekend work might still be possible, but only for bespoke quotes. Please get in touch or request a bespoke quotation for more information.

Can I collect myself?

In short, yes – but only for bespoke quotations. Our doors are always open and we encourage prospective clients to come and visit our showroom quality facilities themselves. For more information or to schedule a site tour, please get in touch.

Do you have a creative team on site?

We do indeed. We have a team of award winning designers who work on-site full time to bring your ideas and concepts to life. Our team can “print-ready” your artwork if it is unsuitable or not ready for printing, at an additional cost. Please get in touch or request a bespoke quotation for more information.

What is the typical turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 5 business days from order completion to arriving at your doorstep. If your project is time-critical, then we are typically able to turn around projects the same day, but ask you to create a bespoke order and stress the urgency in these instances. Please get in touch or request a bespoke quotation for specific quotations around urgent or out of hours jobs.

What type of files do you accept?

We only accept hi-res PDF files.

Where are you located?

We have 2 sites in London – South London SE1 and City of London EC2 – ideally placed for total coverage of the Greater London area.

Do you supply print templates?

No, but watch this space as we are looking into this. In the meantime, our in-house design team are able to “print-ready” your concepts or designs – please visit our bespoke quotes page and stress this in the details sections. Alternatively, please call us on 0203 764 1664.

Do I have to pay VAT?

All products are subject to a charge of 20%. All invoices will be sent electronically after order completion to the email address provided.

Can you guarantee a colour match on different products?

No. We match different print technology to individual project requirements, to ensure optimal service. As such, different brands and presses produce different colour output, especially on when printing onto different substrates. If you require an exact colour match, you would be better off ordering multiple sizes from the same product.

Terminology explanations

What is CMYK?
CMYK colour mode is used for files intended for print. It stands for the four inks used in the full colour process: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. The “K” stands for key rather than black.

What is RGB?
RGB colour mode is used for display on electronic systems, such as computer monitors. It stands for Red, Green, and Blue. The RGB colour model is an additive model in which the colours are added together in different ways to produce a wide array of colours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use bank transfers for all our transactions. Our bank details are given after an order is placed. Receipt of payment is needed before orders can be processed and production started. Payment should be made as soon as possible upon your order to minimise lead times.

Can I see some samples?

Absolutely. Please get in touch to request samples or to arrange a personal site tours around our production facilities in London SE1 and London EC2.

Where do you deliver to?

Our website only handles orders to mainland UK (England, Scotland and Wales). If you would like a delivery anywhere worldwide, then please visit our bespoke quotes page and provide details on the delivery address.
